What is your favorite dish(es) to serve at a party?

My blog is about International Party Food so I was wondering what is the favorite dish or dishes that you serve at a party? It can be an appetizer, salad, dessert or main course. Tell me about the dish or dishes that make your guests say Wow! If you can give me a recipe, that would be great.

I'd love to be able to try to make some of them and post them on my blog and link it to your site. :)

For a main dish, I like to stick to traditional BBQ foods (Brisket, pulled pork) as it is easiest to serve a lot of people.

Appetizers vary all the time as it is fun to get creative, some examples of what I have done are:
