Présentation
I'm married and a stay home mum of 3 boys who always inspire me in the kitchen. They're my biggest fans and harshest critics. We eat at home very often and favourite meals are spicy Asian fare, especially Thai and Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and French, yes, even escargot and frogs legs! I have recently become a published cookbook author and found it a very novel and eye opening experience. I enjoy reading, travelling, baking up a storm in the kitchen, blogging, good music and tropical island vacations.
Influences culinaires
Many people have influenced me in the kitchen - my grandmother, mother, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Nigel Slater and every person I've ever had the pleasure of cooking and eating with.
